Description

This is a blade that is available worldwide, originally from Korea, they have been producing razor blades and related products since 1955. As with most consumables, some will love them, some will hate them. Being one of the cheapest options out there, it is certainly worth a bash for consumers on a budget.

Over time these have proved to be very popular in our store, so there is a good chance you will find them perfectly good. The latest version seem to have been upgraded, I am looking forward to getting feedback from regular Dorco users, are they better or much the same?

4 reviews for Dorco New Platinum ST300 razor blades

  1. A B (verified owner) –

    My new favourites

Not sure about these other reviews but I’ve had a very good experience with these blades. At least as good (if not better than) Parker and Rockwell. Definitely better than Bic, Lion and Willy’s. Maybe it’s a quality control issue that others aren’t having the same experience? 1 blade goes about 3 – 5 shaves, depending on length and hardness of growth, I don’t care about cost when buying blades, but these are definitely better than what they are priced at. Will definitely be buying a whole bunch for next year.

  2. Koos Liebenberg (verified owner) –

    Not the best blades

These blades only last for one or two shaves. By day 3 I have to start scraping to get anything out of it. It doesn’t really work for me.

  3. Jacques Badenhorst (verified owner) –

    Solidly average

A cheap blade that performs well for the price, but in my opinion, is inferior to Bic or our local Lion blades. But well worth a try for the price

  4. Lloyd –

    Actually impressive

I gave these a chance with my razor purchase and the blade gave a smooth run. No tugging or burn which is something i prefer to avoid. I shave head and beard so 1 blade went 5 trips before i could feel its going south.
