Better than my Rockwell that I replaced
I was skeptical at first but what a good choice. My Rockwell’s chrome 1/3 plate failed and I built up a new razor with the DE23 Black PVD parts. What a great product that performs better than the Rockwell it is based on. Looks good and shaves so smooth.
